Narendra Bajaj is a Chartered accountant and is the founder of the Horizon Group. He has more than 20 years of experience both as a professional and an entrepreneur. He has 20 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking and corporate advisory. His expertise lies in business evaluation, capital restructuring & capital markets advisory.
Sanjay Kumar Dubey
CEO- Investment Banking
Sanjay Kumar Dubey is a MBA (Marketing) has more than 15 years of experience in capital markets and investment banking. He has extensively worked on all spheres of investment banking like capital market offerings, institutional placements, private equities and mergers and acquisitions. His expertise lies in business evaluation, valuations and fund raising.
Pankaj Harlalka
COO- Investment Banking
Pankaj Harlalka is a Company Secretary by profession and has more than 18 years of experience in capital markets and investment banking, working closely with the management
of companies and providing solutions to their requirements in advisory capacity and raising equity for them through private equity and public issues. He has been instrumental in facilitating growth in mid size companies through identification of areas of growth and targets for mergers and acquisitions.

Manav Goenka is a MBA (Finance) and has more than 16 years of experience in merchant banking. His expertise lies in planning for fund raising, due diligence and preparation of
offering documents, finalizing offering related documents and agreements along with legal counsels, interaction with SEBI and Stock Exchanges and market intermediaries. He has
handled various transactions related to public issues, rights issues, buybacks, takeovers, mergers, delisting of securities, direct listings and valuations.
